Lot Description
A cased set of eight silver mounted corn cob holders, each with plain spear shape skewer and naturalistic corn moulding to handle. Hallmarked J B Chatterley & Sons Ltd., Birmingham 1963. Length measures 2 1/2 inches (6.3 cm), gross weight 7.53 ozt (234.2 grams).

Condition Report
The holders appear in fairly good overall condition, displaying general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing. A couple of the spear blades are leaning slightly. Slight loss of surface detail to some of the naturalistic moulding on the handles. Slight rubbing to maker's marks but otherwise hallmarks are clear and legible. General wear to the case.
