An early 20th century 15ct gold cameo brooch, the oval shell cameo, carved to depict the profile of a lady, within a curved bar and split pearl surround. Length 5.2cms. Weight 15.8gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Some surface wear in keeping with age. Replacement base metal pin. Some nicks to the reverse of the frame. Split pearls differ slightly in hue, creamy yellow with rose and greenish overtones. Fairly good skins with some surface blemishes. Fairly good lustre. Cameo in good condition with minor abrasion, a few patches of discolouration and typical fine hairline fractures.
