An unusual Victorian ivory, mother of pearl, abalone shell and tortoiseshell card case, modelled as a book, with mother of pearl inset tortoiseshell spine, ivory edges, abalone shards, and mother of pearl 'pages', 3" x 4" (7.5cm x 10cm).
