Lot Description

MAJEX - a gentleman's wrist watch. Hallmarked Edinburgh 1955, numbered 39054. Unsigned manual wind movement. Silvered dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. 9ct gold case fitted to a non-original brown leather strap with gold plated pin buckle. 34mm.

<li>Movement shows marks, scratches and tarnishing. Screw heads show signs of previous intervention.

<li>Dial shows marks and scratches.

<li>ands have marks, scratches and tarnishing.

<li>Glass has marks and scratches.

<li>Case shows marks and scratches. Left hand side of the case shows knurling which looks to have occurred when opening in the past.

<li>Crown has wear to the gold plating and a visible dint.

<li>Case back has marks, scratches and tarnishing.

<li>Strap appears to be in good condition with minor marks.

<li>Buckle also appears to be in good condition.<p>
