An early 20th century silver and gold diamond and split pearl pendant. The split pearl, within a split pearl and old-cut diamond foliate panel, to the replacement old-cut diamond surmount, may also be worn as a brooch. Estimated total diamond weight 0.60ct. Length 4.1cms. Total weight 7.4gms.

Overall condition fair to good. Some surface wear in keeping with age. Replacement surmount. Many replacement split pearls, some glue residue visible. Possible replacement pin. Discolouration. Split pearls vary in hue, creamy yellow to orange. Fairly good to fair skins with some surface blemishes and cracks. Fairly good lustre. Diamonds fairly bright and well matched. Individual size prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Scattered to large inclusions generally visible under magnification. Some inclusions are surface reaching. Diamonds in good condition with minor abrasion and some nicks.
