An early 20th century 18ct gold diamond single-stone ring. The old-cut diamond, to the tapered shoulders and plain band. Estimated

diamond weight 0.25ct, K-L colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Hallmarks for London, 1915. Weight 2.2gms.

Overall condition good. Minor surface wear and light scratches in keeping with age. Evidence of resizing. Diamond bright, oval in shape. Small cavity to the pavilion facets visible to the unaided eye through the table, alongside other scattered light and dark coloured inclusions/feathers. Diamond in good condition with minor abrasion and some nicks. Ring size I1/2.
