Fair overall condition, all the pieces in the lot displaying general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with their age and use.  Some small surface dints and bumps and remnants of polish visible to some.  Remnants of ash visible to interiors of the set of three salts, also general wear and fading to the gilding and some heavier scratches.  Some of the feet are a little bent.  The pair of salts are heavily tarnished and would benefit from a clean and polish.  The cover on the caster is quite a tight fit but it does have matching hallmarks.  Possible repair to one of the ball feet on the shell dishes.  The hallmarks appear rubbed and distorted in places but are mainly legible.
