Lot Description
A George IV silver goblet, the plain tapered form with personal inscription, raised on a knopped stem and circular footed base with embossed border. Hallmarked Thomas Wilkes Barker, London 1820. Height measuring 5 3/4 inches (14.5 cm), weight 8 ozt (249 grams).

Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.
Heavy compression and creases to the underside of the bowl where it joins the stem, the bowl therefore sits lopsided. The hallmarks a little worn commensurate with the age, the maker's mark appears over/miss-struck.
