Lot Description
A Victorian pair of miniature silver photograph frames of heart shaped form, scroll surround and easel back, hallmarked Gourdel Vales & Co, Birmingham 1898, height measuring 5.5 cm. Together with a further Victorian miniature photograph frame of double heart form surmounted with a bow, hallmarked London 1898, height measuring 7 cm and a Victorian miniature silver triple photograph frame of oblong form with embossed decoration, hallmarked Birmingham 1900. (3).

Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Deterioration to the material, in particular to the double example where the backing appears to be missing, the easel back hinge also is loose. The hallmarks are clear and legible, maker's mark to the double example is illegible. Material also noticeably worn to the triple example along with some dents and remnants of polish to the recesses.
