Condition Report
The rattle displays general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use. Heavy tarnishing is visible throughout and it would benefit from a clean and polish. Several dints and bumps and loss of detail to some of the decoration, especially to the handle. Part hallmarks to one small section only.
