Lot Description

A late Victorian three piece silver tea service, comprising teapot, milk and twin handled sugar, each of oblong part fluted form with gadrooned rim, scrolling handle with stylised acanthus leaf grip and raised on four ball feet, together with a pair of later silver sugar tongs. Tea service hallmarked James Dixon & Sons Ltd, Sheffield 1899. Gross weight 29 ozt (904 grams).
