A 19th century silver plated small dog or cat collar, of hinged form, with moulded detail to edge and fixed 'hasp' style clasp to back (lacking padlock), inset with engraved name panel 'Suum Cuique [trans. "To each his Own"] C. WESTON', and original inset leather band to interior, 3" (7.5cm diameter.
