My dear Sir,

I ought to have replied to your very courteous letter before but I was unwilling to address you by the hand of a secretary and I have been too much ***** to fulfil the office myself.
I am sorry to say I have no intention, at present, to visit Ireland and were I so fortunate my visit would strictly be a private one.
I have not yet heard from *** Cousins but I am sensible of the hospitality of the town of Belfast, and of the good **** ***. ** **** ***** **,
Yours faithfully
Disraeli'
