A late 19th century silver garnet buckle, designed as a series of foil-back garnet interlocking lines, with foliate terminals. Length 6.6cms. Weight 32.6gms.

Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. Tarnish to surface. Garnets are fairly well matched and appear bright. Foil-backing is in good condition. Minor nibbles to surface of some.
