Lot Description

A lady's wrist watch. Import hallmarked London 1912. Numbered 185461. Unsigned manual wind movement. Silvered dial with Arabic numeral hour markers. Blue enamel bezel. 9ct yellow gold case fitted to a red cord strap. 26mm.

<li>Manual wind movement is at fault and is not currently functioning, movement will need attention.

<li>Movement shows extensive tarnishing, marks and oil residue.

<li>Dial shows noticeable discolouration and scratches, twelve numerals appears to have faded.

<li>Hands shows marks and tarnishing.

<li>Minute hand is thinner in appear than the hour hand indicating one is a later replacement.

<li>Glass has visible marks and scratches.

<li>Bezel shows marks and scratches.

<li>Case has marks and scratches, case also shows dints.

<li>Crown has noticeable wear to the gold plating.

<li>Rear of the case shows dents.

<li>Metal to the bottom segment is of the strap is a different colour than the top indicating a later replacement.

<li>Metal to the strap shows noticeable wear to the plating. Some links appear to be in poor condition.

<li>Strap has extensive wear with marks, creasing and splits.

<li>Buckle has marks, scratches and wear to the plating.<p>
