Lot Description

An early 20th century 18ct gold citrine and diamond ring. The oval-shape citrine, to the old-cut diamond sides, with rose-cut diamond pointers. Approximate citrine dimensions: 8.7 by 6.5 by 5.2mms. Estimated total old-cut diamond weight 1ct, I-J colour, P1-P2 clarity. Weight 5.3gms.

Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. The citrine has a even colour saturation. The stone is a possible replacement. Fine feather visible. Diamonds bright and well matched. Both diamonds have large surface reaching fractures to the table facets. Stamped 18ct. Ring size P.
