Noticeable repairs to the mounts. General dirt to the reverse of some sections. Few obvious replacement gems. Numerous gems deficient. The sapphires and emeralds are each a mostly well matched medium deep blue and medium green hue. Some small nicks and losses. The diamonds appear bright and well matched.
