An imposing pair of Chinese Canton famille rose porcelain vases. Each with two-handled waisted neck and ovoid body, decorated in brightly coloured enamels with a battle scene depicting figures on a raft and in shallow water marauding onto land, unmarked, 22.75", (58cm) high.

Possibly a matched pair? Gilding heavily rubbed/worn and with losses. One with small chip to edge of neck. One has small chip in glaze to edge of foot. Heavily rubbed and worn to painted areas.
