Lot Description

An early 20th century 15ct gold diamond and garnet-topped-doublet ring. The circular-shape garnet-topped-doublet, and old-cut diamond sides, inset to the tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.10ct. Hallmarks for Chester, 1881. Weight 4.1gms.

Condition Report

Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. Garnet-topped-doublet with surface abrasions. The diamonds are chipped, but still appear bright and lively. The band has worn slightly thin with age. Ring size P.
