Condition Report
The trunk is in a fair overall condition for its age. One of the handles is split through the centre. Unrestored heavily worn exterior. All four bottom caster wheels are in tact and in working order as are the original latch fastenings. The lid has been stencils with white letters and numbers and the name of the corporate company which used the trunk is neatly painted in yellow on either side of the trunk. There are peeled label remains on the exterior and a crack down the centre of the lid. Trunk is without its original outer leather strap.
The interior is not in its original state. It is without any interior trays. The lining in the lid has been replaced with red velvet and has I.T.Co Ltd London printed in gold in the centre, the corporate company who used the trunk. The original Louis Vuitton label is still attached in the left had corner of the lid and in perfect condition. The serial number printed across this label has faded and it not clear. We believe it to be 729715.
The dimensions of the trunk are 44.5 by 44.5 by 82cms.
