An early 20th century 9ct gold garnet and diamond bar brooch. The oval-shape garnet and old-cut diamond cluster, to the asymmetric scrolling sides with rose-cut diamond detail. Estimated total diamond weight 0.25ct. Length 3.8cms. Weight 2.2gms.

Overall condition good. Surface scratches in keeping with age and general wear. Garnet, medium pinkish-purple hue. Please see important notices for purchasers in our catalogue and online for coloured gemstones. Diamonds bright and lively with surface nicks. Discolouration to reverse of brooch.
