Lot Description

A composite cased set of three George III silver berry spoons with fruiting embossed silver-gilt bowls, hallmarked William Eley & William Fearn, 1807 and London 1811 with the maker's C.?, gross weight 6.5 ozt (204 grams). Together with a cased set of early twentieth century silver plated fish eaters for six place settings, the silver ferrules hallmarked Sheffield 1915. (2).

The lot displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Likely that the decoration to the berry spoons was done at a later date. Hallmarks clear and legible, maker's marks worn. Case to the fish eaters appears worn.
