Lot Description

An Edward VIII cased set of six silver spoons, each having profile relief terminal commemorating the coronations of King George VI, Edward VIII, etc., hallmarked Josiah Williams & Co., London 1936. Together with another George V cased set of twelve silver spoons, each having shell moulded terminal, hallmarked Elkington & Co. Ltd., Birmingham 1918. Gross weight 7.17 ozt, 223.1 grams.

Each in good condition. First set displays minor signs of tarnishing and rubbing. Hallmarked mostly clear and legible. Boxes in fair condition with scuffs and losses to exterior of second example and wear to lining.
