Lot Description

An early 20th century German Jugendstil plique-a-jour enamel and paste brooch, the purple enamel and blue paste curved line, to the tapered bar and scrolling terminal. Length 7.6cms. Weight 6.5gms.

Condition Report

Overall condition good to fair. Minor surface scratches and scuffs in keeping with general wear and age. The enamel is cracked and some sections are slightly chipped, with some scratches and abrasion. The blue paste are well matched for colour, with some abrasion visible under magnification. Stamped CR 800.
