Oliver Clare, (1853-1927)
A pair of still lives of fruit
Both oil on artist's board
The first strawberries, peaches, red grapes and berries on a mossy bank
The second plums, apples, gooseberries and a raspberry,
both signed in red lower right,
5.5" x 8.75", (14cm x 22cm),
in gilt slip and scroll-mounted swept gilt frame, (2).

Both in good condition but some frame losses - first has a 3cm loss to scroll top right corner of back edge, plus to left corner of same. Second has corner losses to upper right and lower left. Otherwise untouched.
