Lot Description

An early 19th century 18ct gold seed pearl and enamel memorial ring. The woven hair panel , within a seed pearl and black enamel border, to the foliate shoulders. Hallmarks for London, 1830. Weight 8.5gms.

Overall good condition. Surface scratches in keeping with general wear and age. The reverse of the closed setting shows signs of an inscription that has been polished out and is now illegible. Some chips to glass in keeping with wear and age. Hallmark for London, 1830. Size is slightly larger than a Z. Length of head 1.7cms.
