Lot Description

A 1970's silver mounted table cigarette box, of rectangular form having presentation inscription to front, the hinged cover with engraved crest, opening to reveal a dual compartment softwood lined interior. Hallmarked Garrard & Co. Ltd., London 1971. Length measures 7 1/8 inches (18 cm).

Inscription reads ''Allen' With grateful appreciation and good wishes, The members of the American Club London 1951-1972'.

Overall fair condition displaying few small dints and bumps to exterior with surface marks and areas of tarnishing. Hinge in working order although cover stiff to open. Hallmarks clear and legible.
