Lot Description

A continental silver Kiddush cup, having serpentine bowl raised upon knopped and bead moulded circular socle base, possible continental marks to base, height 5 6/8 inches (14.5 cm), weight 2.16 ozt (67.1 grams). Together with a modern silver handled combination paper knife, hallmarked London 1999, length measuring 9 ¼ inches (23.5 cm) and a further silver handled paper knife, the reeded and tapering handle with lion terminal, hallmarked London import 1979, length measuring 8 inches (20.5 cm). (3).

The cup appears in overall good to fair condition. Displaying light wear and marks commensurate with use and small dint to cup. Marks with heavy rubbing and distortion. Small solder repair under lip.The paper knives displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Import marks partly worn.
