A pair of George III silver oval salvers, of plain form, gadrooned rim and standing on four bracket feet. Hallmarked London 1804 with the maker's mark WB. Maximum length measuring 10 inches (25.5 cm), gross weight 30.7 ozt (957 grams).

The lot displays general scratches, marks wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Minor dints and bumps. No personal engravings. Both wobble a little. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
