Lot Description

A pair case pocket watch by Benjamin Brown. Silver case, hallmarked London 1803. Signed key wind full plate fusee and chain movement with verge escapement, pierced balance cock. White enamel dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. 57mm.

<li>Movement is not currently functioning.

<li>Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.

<li>Dial appears to have marks and scratches.

<li>Hands show marks, scratches and tarnishing. Seconds hand is missing.

<li>Glass has noticeable scratches and marks.

<li>Inner case has marks and scratches. Bezel shows tarnishing. Outer case has noticeable tarnishing, marks and scratches. Button to open the outer case shows damage.

<li>Pendent and bow have noticeable tarnsihing, marks and scratches.

This lot does not come with box or papers.
