A ruby and diamond dress ring. The old-cut diamond line, with a calibre-cut ruby halo, to the single-cut diamond surround and similarly-cut diamond shoulders. Estimated total diamond weight 1.60cts, principle diamonds estimated J-K colour, VS-SI clairty. Weight 5.3gms.
