A late 19th century 9ct gold nephrite jade brooch. Designed as a nephrite jade dagger with gold handle, hilt and terminal with engraved detail. Marks indicating gold. Length 8.8cms. Weight 6gms. With associated box.

This lot is in good condition, with light scratches and dents to the metal in keeping with age and wear. The nephrite jade is off a mid-green hue with darker spots. Box in good condition with lining reading 'Perry Greaves Birmingham & Solihull'.
