Lot Description
Three items of late 19th century tortoiseshell jewellery. The first a hinged bangle, the tortoiseshell sides with metal hinge and clasp and a metal overlaid monogram, the second a hexagonal pique brooch with inlaid patterns to the top and tapered edges, and another floral pique brooch. Inner diameter of bangle 5.5cms. Lengths of brooch 3.8 to 5.2cms.

This lot is in fair to poor condition, with surface scratching and light chips to the tortoiseshell. The floral brooch is very dry and as a result is peeling and crazed.
