A George III Scottish silver waiter, the oval shaped form with central initial engraving and foliate rim. Hallmarked Edinburgh 1784 with the maker's mark AO. Maximum length measuring 6 3/4 inches (17 cm),weight 5.1 ozt (161 grams).

Condition Report

The lot displays general scratches, marks wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Rim dented in a couple of places. Wobbles a little. Edge decoration a little rubbed. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
