A late 19th century carved ivory and jet brooch. The faceted jet surround, with central ivory panel carved to depict a Chinese scene. Length 5.8cms. Weight 40.4gms.

This lot is in good to fair condition, with light scratches to the metal in keeping with age and wear. There is a head deficient from one of the people in the scene, approximately 2.5mm round.
