A late Victorian gold sentimental brooch. Designed as a lover's knot, within an alternating split pearl and turquoise halo, to the replacement bead terminal grooved bar. Length 3.8cms. Weight 3.8gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Gem-set section is a likely replacement.
<li>Pin is base metal.
<li>Clasp in need of minor attention.
<li>Personal inscription to reverse 'F.P. 1st June 1899.'
<li>Turquoise medium deep slightly greenish blue hue.<p>
<li>Stones mostly in good condition with minor abrasions. One turquoise with small nick.<p>
<li>Split pearls well matcehd with mostly minor wear and slight discolouration.
<li>Bar stamped 15, rubbed.
