A mid Victorian gold gem-set ring. The twin oval-shape garnets, to the similarly-shaped garnet sides, with turquoise cabochon double spacers and textured band. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1871. Weight 1.3gms.

<li>Overall condition fair. Surface scratches, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Some claws are significantly worn and would benefit from attention.<p>

<li>Garnets medium redish-purple, well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.<p>
<li>Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.<p>
