A 1920's silver comport, the circular body with pierced gallery and scalloped rim and standing on a circular pedestal foot, hallmarked Mappin & Webb Ltd, Birmingham 1926, height measuring 2 3/4 inches (7 cm), weight 6.8 ozt (214 grams). Together with a silver bonbon dish, hallmarked Levi & Salaman, Birmingham 1915, height measuring 2 1/2 inches (6 cm). (2).

The lot displays general scratches, marks wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Foot compressed into the body and creased. Bonbon somewhat misshapen, base filled. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
