Lot Description
A part silver mounted horn drinking cup, having a central silver collar supporting two claw feet and engraved ‘M.M.Averill, Calgary Canada 1910-1922’. Hallmarked London 1973, rim and cup appear unhallmarked. Maximum height measures 6 3/8 inches (16.2 cm).

The cup displays some general wear, surface marks and scratches, also areas of tarnishing to the metal mounts. General dints and bumps. The hallmarks are clear and legible, no maker’s mark is visible. Hallmarked to central collar only. The rim, cup and feet all appear unmarked.
