Lot Description

An Edwardian and early twentieth century silver vesta cases, hallmarked Birmingham 1904 and 1911. Together with a German silver cigarette case, two modern silver paper knives, a silver Acme Thunderer whistle and a silver plated bombilla straw. Gross weighable silver 9.4 ozt (295 grams). (7).

Varied state. The lot displays general scratches, marks wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.

The Edwardian vesta case displaying more general wear, the engraved decoration rubbed and also displays numerous dints. Whistle is engraved with oriental characters and the hallmarks particularly rubbed. One paper knife with personal initial and date engraving.
