A 1920's Scottish silver paper knife, having vacant oval cartouche to terminal with Celtic decoration leading to the citrine set stem and tapering blade. Hallmarked William Robb, Edinburgh 1922. Length measures 8 4/8 inches (21.5 cm), gross weight 25.61 grams.
