A Georgian ivory and tortoiseshell snuff box, of circular form having vacant gilt cartouche and inlay to the removable cover with tortoiseshell rims, 2" (5 cm) diameter.

With yellowing and light scratching throughout. Small loss to tortoiseshell rim of cover. Minor scratching to cartouche.
