Lot Description

A miniature travel clock by Sapho. Snakeskin covered silver case, hallmarked Birmingham 1933. Numbered S 3040. Signed manual wind movement. Silvered dial with luminous Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. 39mm.

<li>We have been unable to gain access to the movement to be able to report its condition.

<li>Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches.  There is noticeable discolouration to the luminous paint.

<li>Hands show marks and tarnishing with discolouration to the luminous paint.

<li>Glass has scratches and marks.  

<li>Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints.

<li>Hinges have some play.

<li>Crown has scratches and marks.  Surface shows heavy discolouration.
