A late Victorian memorial brooch. Designed as an oval glazed panel with decorative hair panel beneath, surrounded by a split pearl border and black enamel surround with scrolling edge. Length 5.8cms. Weight 34.4gms.

The condition of this lot is good to fair, with surface scratches to the glass, metal and enamel in keeping with age and wear. Chip and general scratches to enamel. Repair to the reverse, where the pin has been reattached with a new panel.
