HERMES - a 'Republique Francaise, Liberte, Egalite, Fraternite 1789' scarf. Designed by Joachim Metz, with blue border, the gold columnar surround wrapped in tricolore colour ribbon, figures holding the scalkes of equality and inscribing the Declaration of Human Rights, to the golden oak leaves and two tricolour flag. Signed Hermes. Measuring 89 to 91cms.
