Lot Description

A 1920's small silver goblet in the form of a chalice, hallmarked London 1920, maker's mark partly worn, height measuring 3 5/8 inches (9.2 cm). Together with a later silver bud vase, the plain and slightly tapering stem having a knopped base decorated with stylised ram's head and celtic motifs and raised on a circular foot, hallmarked David Lawrence Silverware, Birmingham 1966, height measuring 5 3/4 inches (14.5 cm). Weight 5.15 ozt (160 grams). (2).

Both pieces appear in good overall condition, displaying some general wear, tarnishing and surface marks and scratches. Also some edge nicks. Visible seam lines to bud vase. Hallmarks are all legible although the hallmarks on the goblet are a little rubbed and and the maker's mark is partly distorted.
