Lot Description
A Victorian Scottish silver oval medallion, the foliate decorated frame surmounted with a crown and having an inner border of pierced heart motifs to a plain centre, hallmarked Glasgow 1884 with maker's mark J? F, height measuring 7.8 cm. Together with a miniature silver frame decorated with foliate scrolls, only lion passant and date letter visible, height measuring 5.7 cm, and a further oval frame surrounding an agate centre, height measuring 8.5 cm. Weight not including agate frame 55 grams. (3).

Condition Report
All three frames appear in fairly good overall condition, displaying some general wear and tarnishing, also general surface marks and scratches. All would benefit from a clean and polish. Some surface chips to the agate. The hallmarks, where present, are mostly clear and legible. All pieces of the Scottish medallion tests as silver.
