A mid Victorian gold amethyst and diamond ring, together with an early 20th century brooch. The brooch of bar design, the diamond shape amethyst to the centre, flanked by seed pearls, the ring with faceted circular amethyst to the centre, flanked by two single-cut diamonds and scrolling shoulders. Length 5cms. Ring size K. Weight 5.3gms.

The condition of this lot is fair to poor. The ring has significant wear to the amethyst facets and to the diamond settings. The brooch is stamped 9CT to the metal and has some wear to the surface of the metal.
