Lot Description

HERMÈS - a 'Grand Uniforme' silk scarf. Designed by Joachim Metz, originally issued in 1985 featuring the uniform of a Napoleonic cavalry officer for his parade surrounded by a golden yellow frame of swords with a sky blue boarder. Measuring 89 by 89cms. With maker's label.

Condition Report

-Scarf in very good condition, showing signs of moderate use.

-Strong bright colours.

-Small yellow mark and a loose thread on the bottom hem.

-Scattering of faint yellow marks across the bottom half of the scarf.

-One securing stitch left on the care label with two loose thread from slight fraying.
