Lot Description

A large 1920's silver cigarette case, the slightly curved plain oblong form with central engraved monogram, opening to reveal a silver-gilt interior with personal inscription. Hallmarked John Henry Wynn, Birmingham 1929. Length measures 6 2/8 inches (15.8 cm), weight 7.8 ozt (245.1 grams).

Condition Report

In good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The case shuts fully flush, minor dent and bumps to the top and corners. Hallmarks clear and legible.
